Welcome to our website.  Please read these terms and conditions carefully because they apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.



These are the Terms and Conditions which apply to all purchases of products from Little Treasures (UK) Limited website, including using our Click & Collect service.  These Terms and Conditions may vary occasionally so please check them before you make a new purchase. 


All prices are in Pound Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.  Goods supplied are not for resale. 

Placing an Order

To place an order, add the items you want to your shopping basket and checkout using Paypal.

After successfully placing an order, you will receive an email confirming your order has been received and is being processed.


Acceptance of Order

Orders placed with Little Treasures (UK) Limited and the order confirmation email sent as a result of an order with us, do not form an acceptance of that order by us, just confirmation of the order receipt.   A contract is only formed when we notify you that your order is available to collect at the store, or your order is despatched (as applicable).  Little Treasures (UK) Limited reserves the right to decline to process you order at any point up until then.

If we do not process your order for any reason, including (but not limited to) that where goods have been priced below that which we intended, or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it, or if a supplementary delivery charge applies, we will email you to advise you of the change.  If we are unable to supply a particular item we will not be liable to you.


We accept all the major credit / debit cards via our payment gateway (PayPal).  PayPal is one of the most popular online payment services used today.  It is free to register your credit card or bank account details with PayPal, your details are held securely with them and you shop with us as normal.  Alternatively, you can use any credit you may have in your PayPal account to pay for your order.

When you proceed through Checkout to the ‘Confirm & Pay’section, you will be directed to PayPal.  Log in to your PayPal account, confirm the details and select ‘Pay Now’.  You will then be redirected back to the Little Treasures (UK) Limited website for order confirmation.   

All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor (PayPal) - we never have access to your card details at any time.

As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via a secure link.

Gift vouchers are not accepted/cannot be redeemed through our website.

Product Availability

Little Treasures (UK) Limited provides estimated availability lead times for products which are not available for immediate collection. These are approximate and can be affected by delays in receipt from our suppliers. Where possible, all delays will be advised to customers awaiting information about affected products, but can not be guaranteed in all cases.

Receiving Your Order

By Click & Collect

You will be notified by email when all your items are ready for collection – please do not travel to the store to collect your order before receiving the email. 

When collecting your order in store, you must bring with you the following:-

·         your Order Acknowledgement email

·         a form of photo identification (we will not be able give you your order unless you produce an appropriate form of photo I.D.)

Whilst we make every effort to have your order ready for collection by the estimated dates given  please note we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

If we do not hear from you within 30 days after being notified that your order is ready for collection we will cancel the order and refund to you the purchase price paid minus the cost of return. 

By Delivery

If the courier cannot get an answer at the address specified by you, a calling card will be left at the address with details of where to collect the items from, normally your local depot.  If the delivery address refuse delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the calling call, your order will be returned to Little Treasures (UK) Limited. 

If you wish us to redeliver the products to you, you will be charged accordingly.  If we do not hear from you within 30 days we will cancel the order and refund to you the purchase price paid minus the cost of return.  Please note courier returns charges are considerably more than their standard delivery charges.

If your order is due to be delivered and you provide us with the incorrect delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Little Treasures (UK) Limited cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.

Order Cancellation

With a Click & Collect Order, you can choose to cancel at any point up until you collect.  You must notify us by email at

With an order that is due to be delivered, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 by notifying us by email at before the end of the seventh day after the date we deliver the product to you.

If the goods have not been despatched at the point you cancel you will be credited the purchase price and delivery cost.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has been despatched, the cost of returning the items to us is at your own expense.  Goods should be returned unused with the original packaging & a copy of the original order confirmed enclosed.  Upon receipt, the purchase price and original delivery cost will be refunded.

Returns Information for Delivered Goods

If your order is delivered and it is not what you are expecting, you can notify us by email to within 7 days of receiving the goods for a full refund (*exclusions apply, see below).  We are unable to provide free returns, therefore returning the unwanted item(s) is at your own cost.

The item should be returned unused with the original packaging intact with a copy of the order confirmation included.  Upon receipt of the item the purchase price, and original delivery cost if applicable, will be refunded.

* Exclusions – personal products such as breast pads, nappies, swimwear, underwear, products that have been personalised, TENS machines, gift vouchers and opened mattresses.   If any products returned were part of a multi-buy or promotion, then all items may need to be returned.  However, this does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.

Receiving your Refund

Where payment of an order has been made through PayPal, the refund will be processed in the same manner.  However, it is the store that initiates the refund (not PayPal) so please contact us at in the first instance with any queries so that we can assist.


We always honour the manufacturer's guarantee period.  The guarantee is available to the original purchaser when accompanied by the original receipt. It is non transferrable and does not cover any consequential losses. 

The guarantee does not cover faults caused by, but not limited to, failure to follow the user guide and maintenance instructions, normal wear and tear, inappropriate use or misuse.

We reserve the right to charge for the expense when no fault has been found with the product after it has been inspected.

Loan strollers may be available upon request, charges may apply.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We recommend you keep the original packaging as any collections for repair/maintenance will be required to be packaged in a box.

Faulty Product

If a problem occurs with your item & it is under warranty then please contact us immediately at so that we can assist.  If you have a faulty pushchair, we will endeavour to give you a loan buggy subject to availability. 

Description of Products

We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices appearing on the website are correct at the time the information was entered onto the system. 

Sizes, weights, descriptions and colours are given as a guide only and are approximate, errors within these details accepted. A name given to a product is not necessarily representative of the colour, if you are unsure, please contact us by email for assistance prior to purchasing.  Wood is a natural product and may therefore contain minor imperfections and characteristics such as knots, colour variation, etc - these are not classed as a manufacturing fault. 

The representation of colours are approximate, due to the limitations of photographic and calibration of different output devices. If you are at all unsure, then please contact us.

We reserve the right to alter specifications without notice.

Will the Car Seat fit in my vehicle?

Where available, please use the car seat fit finder on the manufacturer's own website to ensure the car seat you select is compatible with your vehicle.

If there is no checker available then we are unable to guarantee the compatibility of the car seat unless we have actually fitted it into the vehicle.  This is a free service provided in-store.

In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.
