Returns Policy

These are the Terms and Conditions which apply to all products purchased from Little Treasures (UK) Limited website.  These will vary occasionally so please check them again before you make a new purchase.

Cancelling Your Order

You have the right to withdraw from a purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 by notifying us via email.  Simply include your name, address, order number & which items you want to return.  There is no need to provide us with a reason for your decision.  The email must be sentto us at sales@littletreasuresuk.com before the end of the 14thday after delivery.  To clarify, the 14 days start from the day after your order was signed for.

If your cancellation email is received before your order has been despatched, you will be credited the purchase price and delivery cost (if applicable) in full.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order after it has been despatched, the cost of returning the items to us is at your own expense.  The purchase price and original delivery cost (if applicable) will be refunded in full within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (see section below on ‘Returning Unwanted/Cancelled Goods’ for full details on how to return an order).

Please note:-

For health & hygiene reasons, certain exclusions apply to this policy. 
These include personal products such as breast pads, nappies, swimwear, underwear, products that have been personalised, TENS machines, and opened mattresses.   These items cannot be returned for a refund if the packaging has been opened. 

Car Seats
We are happy to accept car seat returns as long as the car seat is returned in its original state, unused in original packaging with none of the labels or ties removed.

If any product(s) returned were bought as part of a multi-buy or promotion, then all items may need to be returned.  However, this does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.

Before returning any goods please first contact us via email at sales@littletreasuresuk.com for a Returns Form. 

Returning Unwanted/Cancelled Goods

Please note that it is your responsibility to return any unwanted items to Little Treasures (UK) Limited at your own cost.

You will receive a reply to your cancellation request email (see ‘Cancelling Your Order’ section above for full details).  This email will contain a ‘Returns Form’.  Please print the form, complete all the details required & include it in with your order.   If you do not have access to a printer, please write all the required details onto a sheet of paper & include it in with your return to enable us to easily identify your order. 

You have 14 days from when we send you the ‘Returns Form’ via email to return the unwanted item(s) to us or directly back to the supplier.  It is strongly recommended that you use a ‘signed for’ delivery when returning goods as we are not responsible for items that go missing in transit.

Please be aware that the cost of returning unwanted heavy items such as furniture, heavy prams & travel systems may be in excess of £100 due to the size, weight & number of boxes.   We are able to provide assistance in finding a courier to transport the items for you if requested, however we are not liable for the cost or any damage incurred during transit.

Please ensure the goods are packaged securely to avoid any damage during transit.  Unwanted goods must be returned in their original condition, fully saleable and any tags must be intact.  We have a legal right to reduce the amount refunded on items that are deemed to have a diminished value due to excessive handling. We also reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition, are damaged or not returned within the conditions of this policy.

Receiving your Refund

Upon receipt of the item(s), we will refund you the purchase price and original cost of delivery (if applicable) using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction.  The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after the day we received the item(s) back from you. 

Where payment of an order has been made through our payment platform Braintree or Paypal, the refund will be processed in the same manner.  However, it is the store that initiates the refund (not Braintree or Paypal) therefore please contact us at sales@littletreasuresuk.com in the first instance with any queries so that we can assist.

FAULTY ITEMS

Within 30 days of receipt

If you have an item with a manufacturing fault within 30 days from the date of receipt, please email us at sales@littletreasuresuk.comincluding your name, address, order number, product name and description of fault.  Please attach photographs or a short video if you feel it helps to show the fault more clearly.

If the fault is reported to us by email within the 30 day period we will then arrange to refund or replace the item for you once the manufacturingfault has been verified.

Please note if a faulty item has to be returned it will need to be adequately packaged however you will not be responsible for the carriage costs of returning an item to us if it has a manufacturing fault.  We are only able to collect from mainland UK addresses.

After 30 days of receipt

If you have an item with a manufacturing fault after 30 days from the date of receipt, please email us at sales@littletreasuresuk.comincluding your name, address, order number, product name and description of fault.  Please attach photographs or a short video if you feel it helps to show the fault more clearly. 

If the item is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty will then arrange to rectify the problem for you as quickly as we can.We will either send out spare parts if possible so that the fault is rectified as soon as possible and with minimal inconvenience, arrange to collect and repair the item or, if that is not possible, we will replace it.  If none of those options are possible, we will refund you. 

Outside of Warranty

If an item develops a manufacturing fault outside of the warranty period we will be happy to ask the manufacturer how much it would cost you to have it repaired.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

A manufacturer’s warranty covers manufacturing faults only.  Amongst others, it does not cover wear and tear, misuse, negligence or accidental damage and is only valid to the original owner.  For more details please consult your user manual or contact us at sales@littletreasuresuk.com for assistance.


This does not affect your statutory rights.
