Welcome to our website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully because they apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These are the Terms and Conditions which apply to all purchases of products by you from Little Treasures (UK) Limited website, please read them carefully. These Terms and Conditions may vary occassionally so please check them before you make a new purchase.
Order
All prices are in Pound Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Goods supplied are not for resale.
Acceptance of Order
Orders placed with Little Treasures (UK) Limted and the order confirmation email sent as a result of an order with us, does not form an acceptance of that order from us, just confirmation of the order receipt. Little Treasures (UK) Limited reserves the right to decline to process an order from a person or company at its sole discretion.
If we do not accept your order for any reason, including that where goods have been priced below that which we intended, or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it, or if a supplementary delivery charge applies, we will email you to advise you of the change.
Payment
We accept all the major credit / debit cards via our payment gateway (PayPal).
All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor (PayPal) - we never have access to your card details at any time.
As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via a secure link.
Gift vouchers are not accepted through our website.
Delivery
Little Treasures (UK) Limited provides estimated availability and delivery/despatch schedules for products which are not available for immediate despatch. These are approximate and can be affected by delays in receipt from our suppliers. Where possible, all delays will be advised to customers awaiting information about affected products, but can not be guaranteed in all cases.
Mainland UK (Large Items)
Despatched within 2 full working days on a 24 hour delivery via Courier (unless otherwise stated)
Mainland UK (Small Items)
Despatched within 2 full working days and 5 - 7 days delivery via Royal Mail (unless otherwise stated)
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the order. All deliveries made by courier must be signed for.
If the courier cannot get an answer at the address specified by you, a calling card will be posted through the letterbox with details of where to collect the items from, normally your local depot. If the delivery address refuse delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the calling call, your order will be returned to Little Treasures (UK) Limited.
If you wish us to redeliver the products to you, you will be charged accordingly. If we do not hear from you within 30 days we will cancel the order and refund to you the purchase price paid minus the cost of return. Please note courier returns charges are considerably more than their standard delivery charges.
If you provide us with the incorrect delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Little Treasures (UK) Limited cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.
Contract Cancellation Under the Distance Selling Regulations
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement by notifying us in writing before the end of the seventh day after the date we deliver the product to you.
If the goods have not been despatched at that point you will be credited the purchase price and delivery cost.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has been despatched, the cost of returning the items to us is at your own expense. Goods must be returned to us in the same condition and in the same packaging as when we delivered them to you. You will then be credited the purchase price and original delivery cost. Goods in damaged packaging or that have been used cannot be refunded.
Before returning any goods please contact us via email first.
Returns Information
If you receive your order and it is not what you are expecting, it isn’t a problem - you can return it back to us within 7 days of receiving the goods for a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide free returns, therefore returning the unwanted item(s) is at your own cost.
The item must be returned in an unused and saleable condition, in its original and undamaged packaging. Please take care to package the item(s) carefully; goods must arrive in a perfect and unused condition for the refund to be issued. If you return goods that have been used or are not as new we will be unable to provide a refund.

Guarantees
We always honour the manufacturer's guarantee period where offered, please see individual product pages for details.
The guarantee is available to the original purchaser when accompanied by the original receipt and is non transferrable. The guarantee applies to the product only under normal domestic use in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland and does not cover any consequential losses.
The guarantee does not cover faults caused by, but not limited to, failure to follow the user guide and maintenance instructions, normal wear and tear, inappropriate use or misuse.
We reserve the right to charge for the expense when no fault has been found with the product after it has been inspected.
Loan strollers may be available upon request, charges may apply.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We recommend you keep the original packaging as any collections for repair/maintenance will be required to be packaged in a box.
Description of Products
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices appearing on the website are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system.
Sizes, weights, desriptions and colours are given as a guide only and are approximate, errors within these details accepted. A name given to a product is not necessarily representative of the colour, if you are unsure, please contact us by email for assistance prior to purchasing. Wood is a natural product and may therefore contain minor imperfections and characteristics such as knots, colour variation, etc - these are not classed as a manufacturing fault.
The representation of colours are approximate, due to the limitations of photographic and calibration of different output devices. If you are at all unsure, then please contact us.
We reserve the right to alter specifications without notice.
Will the Car Seat fit in my vehicle?
Where available, please use the car seat fit finder on the manufacturer's own website to ensure the car seat you select is compatible with your vehicle.
If there is no checker available then we are unable to guarantee the compatibility of the car seat unless we have actually fitted it into the vehicle. This is a free service provided in-store.
